5.1 Contingency-Based Fees

Free Crypto Recovery operates on a strictly contingency-based fee model. This means:

5.2 Fee Agreement

Before commencing any paid recovery work, we will provide you with a written Client Agreement that clearly sets out:

• The scope of services to be provided

• The conditions under which fees become payable

No fee is payable until you have received and confirmed receipt of recovered funds. Payment of our agreed fee becomes due within 14 days of confirmed recovery.

5.3 Out-of-Pocket Expenses

In exceptional circumstances, certain unavoidable third-party costs (such as mandatory court filing fees or legally required translation services) may arise during your case. Any such costs will be disclosed to you in advance and require your written approval before being incurred. These are separate from our contingency fee.

To enable us to provide the best possible service, you agree to the following obligations as a client:

7.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information you provide to us — including details of the loss, transaction records, wallet addresses, communications with scammers, and personal identification — is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your case and forfeiture of any work completed.

7.2 Cooperation

You agree to cooperate fully with our team throughout the recovery process, including:

• Responding to requests for additional information or documentation promptly
• Following our guidance on actions to take or avoid during an active investigation
• Not taking independent action (such as contacting exchanges directly) that could jeopardise an ongoing investigation without consulting us first
• Filing official reports with law enforcement (FBI IC3, FTC, or local police) when requested, as these strengthen recovery cases

7.3 No Duplicate Engagement

You agree not to simultaneously engage another crypto recovery service on the same case without our prior written knowledge and consent. Parallel engagement can create conflicts that damage the recovery process.

7.4 Lawful Use

You warrant that the funds you are seeking to recover are legally yours and were obtained through lawful means. We will not knowingly assist in recovering funds related to illegal activity. If we discover during our investigation that funds are connected to illegal activity, we reserve the right to terminate the engagement immediately and, where legally required, to report such findings to the relevant authorities.

7.5 Communication

You agree to maintain a valid email address and phone number throughout the engagement and to notify us immediately of any changes to your contact details.

All content on the freecryptorecover.com website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of Free Crypto Recovery and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

14.1 Informal Resolution

14.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, or by videoconference where agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.3 Waiver of Class Action

16.1 Termination by You

If termination occurs after active recovery work has commenced but before any funds have been recovered, you will not owe us any fee for work completed to that point — consistent with our no-recovery, no-fee model. However, specific terms of early termination may be set out in your individual Client Agreement.

16.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate your engagement immediately and without liability if:

• You provide false, misleading, or materially inaccurate information about your case
• You fail to cooperate with our reasonable requests over a period of 14 days or more
• We discover information suggesting that the funds sought are connected to illegal activity
• You engage another recovery service on the same case without our prior written consent
• You breach any material term of these Terms or your Client Agreement
• Continuation of the engagement would require us to violate any law or regulation

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease. Sections 9 (Confidentiality), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 14 (Dispute Resolution), and 15 (Governing Law) survive termination and remain in full force.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:
